Microsoft’s BizSpark is an innovative global program that unites Startups with global entrepreneurial and technology resources in one community, with a common goal of supporting and accelerating the success of a new generation of high-potential Startups.
BizSpark is uniquely designed to help Startups engaged in software development to jump-start their
- Providing them with fast and easy access to Microsoft tools and technologies, for their
immediate use in design, development, testing, demonstration, and hosted application
production and deployment; and
- Connecting them with Network Partners and a united, global community of resources designed
to support them.
In our orientation workshop, we will show you how Microsoft BizSpark works and how to best take advantage of this free program for three years!!
The Workshop is free, the BizSpark program is free and with no obligation and this event is open to the entire Philadelphia technology and startup community.
You will also get a chance to meet our Microsoft Developer Evangelists from PHL. They are an amazing resource in just about every field of software development to access and ask questions and learn from the best! They will be here to help with questions on just about every developer topic too! It’s their job to help grow the PHL Tech Ecosystem….This is a great way to get to know them!! The Microsoft Developer Evangelists are available to help you with ALL your coding and software development question across ALL development environments!!!!
Available to the attendees of Philadelphia FundingPost events. Focused Open Office Hours will be held at partner facilities throughout the PHL region and at the Microsoft Store in KOP these two dates. FundingPost Members and partner organization entrepreneurs and startups learn from the FundingPost staff and invited mentors/ advisors Partners how to work on fundamentals of business planning and learning about the VC ecosystem and specific resources that will give access to investors and funding and how to formulate a clean and concise elevator pitch. We also present: Intro to the Philadelphia Tech Startup Scene: PHL Tech 101.
Our Open Office Hours at the Microsoft Store will have experts from 123Invest. The 123Invest Team has been working with PHL Area startups in developing alternative financing options and solutions to early stage and growth stage startups here in the PHL region for the past period.
